A quick note about the preserved lemon you don't always need to purchase it specifically for this recipe if you do not think you'll use it in anything else (due to the fact that only a very percentage is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I extremely advise it as I believe it works amazingly with the feta.
